D35 Hydra-Cell high pressure coolant pumps are engineered for high-flow machine tool coolant applications, often delivering high pressure coolant to multiple machining centers as they output up to 34.5 GPM at pressures up to 1500 PSIG.
While individual machining centers often require only 3-5 GPM, the high capacity of the D35 Hydra-Cell makes it the ideal choice for centralized coolant systems. A single D35 pump can efficiently supply 4 to 6 CNC machines simultaneously.
The system design is intentionally simplistic. By setting a pressure regulating valve to your maximum desired PSIG (e.g., 800 PSIG), the pump operates at a constant speed. The valve automatically manages bypassed flow to ensure steady pressure, even as tools change or additional machining centers are brought online.
The D35 Hydra-Cell Pro Series is designed for high-volume delivery with bidirectional shaft rotation and tapered roller bearings for maximum service life.

Unlike plunger or multistage centrifugal pumps, the D35 features a sealless design. This eliminates the need for expensive fine filtration (often required at 25 microns for sealed pumps), which can strip essential additives from your coolant, reducing its performance. Hydra-Cell D35 pumps are protected by a simple 1/32" perforated screen. Your filtration requirements will likely be determined by downstream components such as rotary unions and fine orifice tools, not the pump itself. In many applications we can replace standard filter bags with mesh-lined baskets to reduce consumable costs.
Designed for continuous duty, the D35 minimizes production downtime. Routine maintenance is streamlined:
A typical high-performance configuration includes the D35EKCGHFECA pump paired with up to a 30HP motor and a C64AABVSSNH regulating valve.
